Frequently Asked Questions

How many training sessions does it take?

As you might expect, this depends on the individual, the issue being addressed, and often the length of time the issue has been in place.  For one practitioner, in one specific practice, the average over all clients is about 20 training sessions.  Some trainees may be complete in 6 or even fewer sessions (more typical of certain mild anxiety issues), while others may require 30 or more sessions.

What are some of the potential benefits of Neurofeedback training?
  • Optimize cognitive performance and motor skills
  • Enhance attention span and focus
  • Diminish hyperactivity
  • Normalize sleep
  • Decrease anxiety and depression
  • Reduce irritability, mood swings
  • Encourage friendships and socializing; improving relationships
What is Biofeedback?

A gentle, non-intrusive method using electronic devices to monitor and to present biological information back to an individual, who can then learn to control the process being monitored. This self-regulating procedure provides immediate information about your body/mind system, allowing your brain and body to readjust and create a new balance.

What is Neurofeedback?

When it comes to improving your quality of life, Neurofeedback is a game changer.

Most everyone understands how a good diet and exercise regimen can increase longevity and improve strength and stamina. But what about your mental fitness? The fact is, your brain — just like your body — can be trained for greater performance (or “strength”) and focus (or “stamina”). A resilient and flexible brain improves our state of mind.

And nothing impacts the quality of our lives more directly than our state of mind.

Your brain already possesses everything you need for an exceptional quality of life. Neurofeedback helps draw out this untapped potential to make “the good life” a reality.

Neurofeedback is essentially a brain fitness program which facilitates a more efficient use of neural resources. What does more efficient brain function “feel” like? The first thing most will notice is a substantial improvement in the quality of their sleep. Many report that they dream more vividly and sleep more soundly.

After a few Neuro-Feedback sessions, users report feeling more focused, calm and centered. They work faster, more efficiently and experience a significant reduction in physical complaints. They’re less bothered by doubts and insecurities and are more apt to experience confidence and satisfaction. Nagging, upsetting thoughts simply drop away with no effort on the user’s part. Free from distraction, the brain can focus on the present and naturally discover the best way to tackle the task at hand.

Neurofeedback is a 100% non-invasive, safe method for restoring serenity, confidence and wellness back into your life.

Neuro-Feedback is safe. It is utilized everyday by thousands of trainers and home neurofeeedback users worldwide. Collectively, our neurofeedback systems have logged in excess of THREE MILLION training hours.

Neuro-Feedback is effective. But don’t take our word for it. Read our clients’ life-changing experiences in their own words. Read testimonials from people just like you who have used Neurofeedback to overcome incredible life challenges.

But the only way to truly appreciate the benefits of Neuro-Feedback is to experience Neurofeedback training yourself. Call or email us today to embark on your own, life-changing Neuro-Feedback journey.

Be the Best You. It’s time. Neurofeedback is a specific type of biofeedback procedure directed toward the renormalization of the brain and central nervous system.  It utilizes the very tiny EEG (electroencephalogram) signals obtained from sensors on the scalp, to monitor the brainwaves and provide a corresponding signal (feedback) to the brain.  In short, Neurofeedback is brainwave training, a tool for the brain to directly learn flexibility, mental control and increased stability.

Well-described patterns of optimal brain function are cultivated over sessions, accompanied by diminution or elimination of pathologic conditions as the brain orchestrates its own improvements.  Results are at least long-lasting, often permanent, and typically continue to advance following training.

What symptoms should I watch out for to indicate if I should use Neurofeedback?

Here are a few “common” words that may come to mind for you of what you may be feeling if you are under stress:

  • “Ups and Downs”
  • Depression
  • Anxiety
  • A feeling of being overwhelmed
  • Easily stressed
  • Social anxiety issues
  • Panic attacks
  • In need of work-life balance management

What People Are Saying

Fascinating. I mentally feel stronger, more calm and I am finding that I am motivated to do the little things on my to-do list that have been waiting for a long time to get accomplished.

I had been waking up with ‘mini panic attacks’ because my financial situation has been drastically changed for the worse with my recent separation, job changes and bad investments over the past couple of years.. it finally all caught up with me. Today after 5 Neurofeedback sessions, I finally am beginning to feel as though everything is going to be OK, again – I actually believe my future will improve; I have a lot of work to do to catch up, but at least I am able to get to sleep at night and wake up feeling like I even want get through it all.. before these Neurofeedback sessions I just wanted to crawl back and hide under the covers for the day and give up.

My 19 year old son said ‘Mom, you’re talking about all the things we always talk about at dinner, but you are so much calmer tonight – you seem happier.

As an independent Mortgage broker, I have to be motivated; I just got through my second divorce, I have almost no assets, I rent my apartment but for some great reason, after 10 session with the Neuro system, I feel bullet-proof.. I feel great cold calling again and I really believe I am going to successfully reinvent myself again. Not bad considering I’m in my 50’s!

I was really hungry afterwards, and really calm; but today (the next day) I worked for 10 hours on my bio-diesel system and now its 10pm at night and I’m still going strong – I’m surprised I’m not feeling that exhaustion from all the sub-contractor hassles that I have during the day, that I normally feel. This is great!
